What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you charge tax?
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to a NY state address in counties that do not provide for the sales tax exemption on clothing . Taxes may include state tax, county tax and/or MCTD tax based on the shipping location. Sales tax will be itemized in your cart and on your invoice. If you feel that you have been charged an incorrect amount of sales tax, please contact us.

How do I know if my order went through?
After completing your purchase, an order success page should load in your internet browser. In addition, abseababy.com automatically emails an invoice to the address you provided. How do I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Why was my card declined?
Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the “Bill To” address. You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter. You may also need to double-check the credit card number and the CVV2 number of your card. Please see the Ordering and Shipping page for more information.

What shipping methods do you offer?

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping is determined by the total weight of your order and the speed of delivery, and will be calculated when you checkout. We use ‘real time’ shipping, so you pay only the actual shipping costs!

We make every effort to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Order placed before 5 p.m. EST with overnight shipping selected will ship next day.

It depends on what shipping method you chose during checkout. From the order date, USPS First Class will take 2-10 business days, USPS Priority should arrive within 3-5 business days and USPS Express should arrive within 2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
We will ship internationally to many countries, but please note overseas shipping rates will apply. Our international courier is UsPS and we can easily track our packages. If you are unable to check out through the shopping cart because your country is not available as a selection option, please contact us for more information about placing an order.

Was my order lost in the mail?

How will I know when my return is processed?
Please make sure your return package is insured and prepaid. If you are exchanging an item for something else, you will receive an email from us once the item has been shipped out. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will see a credit for the return on the credit card billing statement following receipt of your package. The general turnaround time for refunding credit cards is 5-7 business days.
