Do you charge tax?
Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to a NY state address in counties that do not provide for the sales tax exemption on clothing . Taxes may include state tax, county tax and/or

Why was my card declined?
Credit cards can be declined for several reasons. One we see most often is an error in the “Bill To” address.
You must be sure that the billing address for the credit card is the same as the billing address on the order you are trying to enter.
You may also need to double-check the credit card number and the CVV2 number of your card.

Shipping is determined by the total weight of your order and the speed of delivery, and will be calculated when you checkout.
We use ‘real time’ shipping, so you pay only the actual shipping costs!

We make every effort to ship orders within 2-3 business days. Order placed before 5 p.m. EST with overnight shipping selected will ship next day.

business days, USPS Priority should arrive within 3-5 business days and USPS Express should arrive within 2 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
We will ship internationally to many countries, but please note overseas shipping rates will apply.

How will I know when my return is processed?
Please make sure your return package is insured and prepaid. If you are exchanging an item for something else,

you will see a credit for the return on the credit card billing statement following receipt of your package. The general
turnaround time for refunding credit cards is 5-7 business days.
