Individual Orders
We proudly hand-check all garments before shipping to ensure quality. We also offer a size chart to measure for baby’s best fit.
Notwithstanding, returns will be accepted within 14 days of our shipping. We ask that merchandise be in perfect, unwashed, unworn condition. Please email us in advance of returning a product.
All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise returned.
If you would like a refund rather than an exchange, a 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed. Shipping on returned items is not refundable.
Bulk Orders
We proudly hand-check all garments before shipping to ensure quality. We also offer a size chart to measure for best baby fit. In light of our efforts, we will not accept returns from retail buyers.
If you would like to place a bulk order, we recommend trying an individual size order first to ensure your satisfaction. You may return this item according to our regular return policy.
