Placing an Order
You can order organic washables from our secure online store. Simply visit the detail page for the product you’d like to order, make your size and color sections, and click “add to cart”.
To edit the quantities in your order or remove an item from your order, use the links next to the item in your shopping cart. To continue shopping, use the pull down menu at the top of the cart to navigate to another product page.
When you have made your selections and wish to check out, please click on the “checkout” link at the top right corner of the online store or in your shopping cart. You will be prompted to login if you are a returning customer or enter your billing and payment details if you are a new customer. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as payment for online orders.
You are not required to register for an account to complete a purchase. If you choose to register by entering a username and password, your billing and shipping addresses will be saved for future purchases. Your credit card information is never saved on our servers. Credit card transactions are securely performed by Authorize.Net.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
- 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
- Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
- Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
If you have trouble processing your payment during checkout, it is most likely because there is an error in the payment information that you provided. Please make sure you are filling out the credit card number, expiration date, card security code (CVV) and billing address with the correct information. If there is a mistake, it will not be valid and will not process through.
Sometimes your internet connection may be slow and the transaction is not completed in time. If that happens, try waiting a few minutes and sending the order again. Make sure to check the following:
- You’ve selected the correct card type (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover)
- The billing address you’ve entered is the same as the address to which your credit card statements are sent.
- You’ve entered your card number without spaces or dashes.
Occasionally, card providers do not permit online transactions for security reasons. You should contact your bank to enable your card to be eligible for online transactions.
If you’ve verified that all of your payment information is correct, attempted to order again, and your card is still being declined, it may be because the card is expired or over the maximum spending limit. If this is the case you will need to contact your credit card company to resolve any issues before using that card to place an online order.

We ship anywhere in the U.S. and many countries internationally. You have the option of shipping with USPS First Class, USPS Priority (2-3 days) or USPS Espress (overnight). You will be able to evaluate shipping costs and select your shipping method after beginning the checkout process and entering the shipping address for your order.
Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order and the speed of delivery. We use “real time” shipping, so you pay only the actual shipping costs.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for lost packages that have been confirmed as delivered by your choice of shipping service.
